Library Auditorium
There is a $50 per hour fee for the use of the Library Auditorium.
Payment is required 10 business days before your reservation. The library will approve your reservation once payment is received.
We have an auditorium that can seat up to 120 people in rows of chairs, and 40-80 people with tables (depending on the set up). We have 18 small rectangular tables, and 7 round tables for you to use to set up your event. We also have a Mason & Hamlin parlor grand piano.
Unfortunately, we don’t have the staff to help with the physical set up of the auditorium space, so individuals and organizations will need to set up and break down before and after their event. Don’t forget to include setup and cleanup time in your requests.
The auditorium is available during regular library operating hours. This means your event will need to fall within the following hours and this includes set up and tear down.
Mon-Thu: 10am-8pm
Fri-Sun: 10am-6pm
