Space Availability - Meeting Rooms

To receive verification of your room reservation, enter a
working email address in our Book a Room form. If you don't get a
confirmation email from us, call 785-843-3833 and we'll check the status of
your booking.

Available Technology in the Meeting rooms:

• Meeting Room A features an integrated videoconferencing system
• Meeting Rooms B and C have 360 degree USB videoconferencing cameras available
• 80” TVs with HDMI input (cables and adapters available)
• Access to laptop computers at our Technology Desk.
